Astrologers in Profile Interview

The astrologer and teacher Adam Elenbaas kindly invited me to do an Astrologers in Profile interview, in which we discussed my journey into becoming an astrologer and scholar. Doing the interview was a deeply meaningful and moving experience for me, and I am so grateful to Adam for the opportunity to share my story in this way. Our conversation ranged through a wide variety of topics and ideas, and we dove into some rich philosophical and spiritual eddies.

  1. Out of curiosity, I just looked in my files for the outline of my talk there in Basel, and I see that I had begun my plenary lecture by recalling major movements and individuals that in various ways had origins in Switzerland (Rousseau and Romanticism, Jung and depth psychology, Steiner’s anthroposophy and the Goetheanum, Nietzsche’s fertile wanderings in the Alps), and then I referred also to LSD being discovered there, right in Basel. I think I mentioned that Stan and you and I had just visited Albert Hofmann.
