This afternoon, on Saturday, November 7 at 12:00–1:30 pm Pacific time, I will be offering a new workshop for Fresh Voices in Astrology on “Astrological Research Methods.” The workshop will focus on how to cultivate systematic and intuitive approaches to astrological study, allowing one to develop consistent bodies of knowledge driven by both rigor and passion. The workshop is $30 to attend, and all levels of astrological knowledge are welcome!

Workshop Description
Astrology has been maligned in recent centuries as an unverifiable pseudoscience, a paragon of superstition. Yet astrology once held an honored position in high culture, a role that anyone initiated into the astrological tradition is aware should be reinstated. A way to reestablish astrology’s credibility to a wider audience is for astrologers to develop rigorous methods of research, in order to systematically approach the study of astrological correlations. This workshop will explore techniques and methods for approaching such research, laying forth some foundational structures that can help deepen one’s astrological practice and study, and present convincing cases for astrological validity.
